• Each individual may hold a maximum of one account. Multiple accounts are not permitted.

3. Financial Transactions – Deposits & Withdrawals

• Once a bet is placed, the corresponding amount is deducted from your wallet instantly.
• Khelaghor toys reserves the right to cancel any bet placed due to a system error or incorrect odds.
• Bets are generally voided and refunded if a match is abandoned or postponed, though specific markets may be subject to different rules.
• In an accumulator bet, if any one event is cancelled, that selection is counted at odds of 1.00.
• Bets placed during odds changes in live betting will be accepted at the updated odds.
• Khelaghor toys reserves the right to void all bets placed on events involving match-fixing.

6. Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on khelaghor toys. These are not merely platform rules — many of them also constitute legal offences.

• Hacking an account or gaining unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Artificially generating profit by exploiting the bonus system (Bonus Abuse).
• Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses under the same identity.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.

7. Responsible Gaming Policy
